Our overarching mission is to create impact for social good through innovative interventions that are private sector driven. The focus areas of the Foundation are health, education, environment, and economic empowerment.
The Foundation was established as a channel for both the private and public sector to innovatively create sustainable solutions. This ambition is motivated by the global call to combat poverty, protect the environment, and improve lives through actions predicated on the sustainable development goals Therefore, our focus areas are interrelated and integrated to bring about the same outcomes.
As a leading non-profit organization that seeks to achieve effective and sustainable impacts in the community to become a developed renaissance community, we have worked to provide solutions and services to the marginalized and poor groups without distinction between race, religion or gender.

About our Founder
PanAfrican Capital Holdings Limited is a Proprietary Investment Company with special focus on Key Sectors across Africa including Financial Services, Hospitality & Entertainment, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Agro-Allied & FMCG, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, and ICT & Media.
As a Proprietary Investment Company, the subsidiary companies across our chosen sectors are geared towards offering strategic investment solutions and unlocking value across emerging and frontier markets.
The company’s corporate Head Office is in Lagos, with presence in Accra, Nairobi, and Mauritius. With Over the years, we have created strong strategic alliances with multilateral financial institutions such as African Export-Import bank, Africa Development Bank, Africa Finance Corporation, Development Bank of South Africa, Bank of Industry, Nigerian Export-Import bank and other banks across the continent.
