Girls Can Code (GCC)

Empowering women to enter the tech field.

Our solution called the Girls Can Code program is dedicated to addressing the existing imbalance in employability, particularly within the tech sector. Our major goal is to empower, equip, and accelerate the growth of young vulnerable women who have recently graduated by providing them with cutting-edge tech skills that are in great demand in the twenty-first century. Through this effort, we hope to improve their readiness and position students for successful jobs in the tech industry.

We provide opportunities for 3000 women and girls to obtain good work and secure jobs in the digital economy over the next five years.

The training program is specifically designed for women who are interested in improving their technology and are eager to develop their skills and knowledge in these focus areas:

  • Data Analytics
  • Cybersecurity

To accomplish this, we provide complete support and vital resources, ensuring our participants have all the tools they need to prosper in the digital sector.

Key Objectives

  • Facilitate the employability of underserved women and girls in a tech-driven economy.
  • Improve the technical competence of underserved women and girls such that they can take technical or tech-related roles in any industry and sector.
  • Leverage partnership and collaboration in providing digital training in a conducive and serene environment.
